When logged in, the user may double-tap in the upper left corner of the screen to access the Administration section.
Transactions
The Transactions section lists all processed transactions for the current device.
Depending on the platform/payment gateway and transaction state, some additional operations may be available for those transactions:
- Void
- Refund
- Tip Adjustment
- Capture
Batch Report
The Batch Report section provides the information about the current open batch for the current device.
Parameters
The Administration section lists various useful parameters. Some of them are changeable and some are just for information purposes.
- Autostart
If enabled, the PIN Pad app will start automatically on device boot. - Connection type
The connection type the PIN Pad will use to communicate with the client.- Global – a connection via the remote Mediator which relays requests and responses over the internet.
This is the preferred connection type. - Local TCP – a direct TCP socket connection in a local network.
- Local WebSocket – a WebSocket connection in a local network (WSS is not supported).
- Global – a connection via the remote Mediator which relays requests and responses over the internet.

Some platforms/payment gateways assign unique IDs to the merchant's device. For example: Valor EPI, Dejavoo TPN, etc. - Netevia username
The username the PIN Pad is currently logged in under. - Device ID
The unique ID of the current device, usually its serial number. - App version
The version of the PIN Pad app currently in use.
